Once the podcast is created, upload your mp3 file (you can record yourself or hire someone from Fiverr), if you want to go more black hat a bit, just download another podcast which have no intro or outro from Soundcloud or related.
Be sure you fill the fields as on other 3rd parties is required including: “See more options: Artist, Tags, and Custom Episode Webpage”
On episode description, add a small article and try to include in first sentences the anchor + URL you want to.

All good? Hit the Save Episode Details

Click on it and publish

Now, drag your mouse on the left image and Update Upwork > then start filling with details and again add naked url and also include all details.

Once all saved, press on “Website” menu, and you can play around customizing your page.

Now, if you click on the episode, you will see the URL
